These tools assist our team and do not replace professional judgment. Work prepared with AI assistance is reviewed by our team before it is delivered or filed. Responses from our website chat may be generated automatically; they are general information and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. 7. Payment Policy
All services offered by ServiAmigo are provided on a prepayment basis. No service will be started, processed, or continued until the corresponding payment has been received and confirmed. Payments made are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
8. Suspension of Recurring Services
For recurring services — including monthly bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll — the client agrees that payment must be received before the start of each service period. If payment is not received by the due date, the service will be automatically suspended without prior notice.
During any period of suspension, ServiAmigo is not responsible for delays, penalties, interest, or tax consequences resulting from the suspension.
9. Resumption of Service
A suspended service will resume only once the outstanding payment has been received in full. ServiAmigo reserves the right to apply additional fees for reactivation or for work that has accumulated during the suspension period.
11. Minors
ServiAmigo's services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. If information from a minor is collected, express consent from a parent or legal guardian will be required.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or ServiAmigo's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
ServiAmigo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
